How to Take Polls in Zoom For Free
Now, there’s no third-party app that you can download from the Zoom App marketplace and integrate with Zoom meetings. Rather, we would have to look at free polling websites like Sli.do, Poll Everywhere, Swift Poll, etc. I prefer Swift Polls as it provides unlimited questions as well as a maximum voting size of 150. To create a poll register and login to the Swift Polling site. Once you log in, you will be greeted with the web dashboard. On the left side, click on the “Create” option under Interactive poll to create a new poll. From the pop-up, select MCQ as this would let you set multiple options for the poll. Next, fill in the Question and by default, you have 2 options. You can keep on adding multiple options by clicking on the “Add option” button located just below them. Once done, click on the “Save Poll” button at the bottom.
Next, head over to the Active Poll section and click on the “Start” button to activate the poll. Once you have done that, the poll is active. You can click on the three dots beside the Present button and share the poll web URL in the Zoom meeting. Moreover, in order to see the web results live, you can click on the “Present” button and it will open the poll live in a new tab.

The process to create a poll and make it live is somewhat similar on the other polling platforms like Sli.do, Poll Anywhere, etc. For more issues or queries regarding Zoom, let me know in the comments below. Also Read: How to Remove Background Noise to Get Better Zoom Calls
